We're really excited to tell you all about our amazing new interactive exhibition, 'And... Breathe' by Pif-Paf! Visit us this Spring and prepare to be totally zenned out!
'And… Breathe' is a stunning, immersive sound and light sculpture that explores listening, resting and moving with your breath. Breathing in, breathing out... bring the sculpture to life and feel it breathe with you. Take a seat below it’s beautiful arcing beams or move around the space at your own pace. Relax immersed in calming sound and music in this absolutely magical space.
Afterwards have a go at some simple breathing exercises in our nature filled oasis, try drawing with your breath or grab one of our mini booklets and head to the woods for a forest bathing session! You're going to be so chilled out by the time you leave!
