Last year in December of 2024. I went to a 2025 Manifesting gathering. I wrote in my manifestation goals that I wanted to attract more travel and photographer opportunities. I told myself over and over. I AM a Travel Photographer. I AM a Travel Photographer. 📸 Because who wouldn’t want to get paid to exist & create magic while doing so?!? I was surprised and tookith when I saw an opportunity to be a Queer Travel Photographer!!! I JUST KNEW, I just knew, that this opportunity had to be for me. But of course. I doubted it. And asked myself why I felt I was what this creator was looking for. But a little birdie aka my intuition spoke to me, and said, and I quote, “GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER, PREPARE AN EMAIL AND REACH OUT NEOWW!” So I did😭🥹🥴🙄. 🌈☁️I met @sydneycasonn the most lovely Travel Host and such an accommodating human being. The moment we talked, I felt so at ease and was even more ecstatic that she felt the same. I am here to say that 2025 has been such a transformational and challenging year for me. Ego Deaths, structural reconstructions within my world, and the constant need to adapt and surrender. This was such a beautiful highlight to the peak of my summer (And of course Bali lol) and I JUST WANTED to share some photos I captured along the way of the nature. Because it's January and this beautiful & kind hearted Cap♑️ is well worth the post! Happy early Solar Return🎆! I wanted to present these photos from the Ace of Pentacles Collection before the actual card is finished. I just think they are so beautiful & the storytelling behind this shoot is immaculate! Culture & linage are sooo important to me. And I am blessed for those who are in my community. I don't see things or people at face value. I see them deeper. I am endlessly inspired by culture, philosophy, lineage, and all that is ancestral. This project was born from Leah’s story. I really wanted to honor her late aunt and I was so happy Leah said yes. Sometimes you speaking on touchy terms can be intensely painful. But I wanted her to know this was a moment of love & thanks & to spiritually & visually capture the essence of her & her aunt's spirit. For she is still with us. 🦋🕊️🧬. From the beginning, my intention was to bring her essence and culture forward with reverence and care. When she chose to collaborate with me, it felt like a sacred yes 🥹 Again, an opportunity to visually honor her aunt, her heritage, and most of all, HER✨. This location became the final spell, adding the magic needed to capture what words alone could not. 🫆Because of Leah, an Ancestors card is now being woven into the deck. I really have been working on the arrival of this Candle Campaign in silence. With the help & brilliance from my team I am pleased to say we are ready to reach the surface and beyond. Feminine Allure is more than beauty to me. It is depth, intentionality, grace, transformation, radiance, and duality existing within the same space. Femininity mirrors the Earth itself 🌍Moving through seasons, cycles, softness, intensity, creation, and rebirth. For this Spring/Summer chapter of Venus in the 7venth House, I wanted to explore both activation and embodiment. Spring reflects softness, receptivity, sensuality, and magnetism, while Summer embodies confidence, boldness, luxury, and unforgettable presence. 💀Death Card — Transformation + Endings + Beginnings + Transmutation + Release This side comes with the ability to shape-shift… to alchemize through transmutation. Turning chaos & challenges into nectar. A body of symbols revealing themselves as totems of change 🐍🕷️ Shedding, Unraveling, Becoming. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 | 𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒆: @jkiillem I wanted to reflect a side of her that is beyond the visible. Not just the face, Not just the body. But the soulful blueprint of her polarities. Precision, yet drawn to beauty. She is a soul walking the edge between control and surrender. An entertainer & a genuine soul. I wanted to capture truth. An essence so profound, it didn’t need an introduction. Though she is a performer, she is depth. I chose to make her both the Tower card (Last slide) and The Death card. Both symbolizing transformation and the ability to shape-shift from one reality into the next. For me the Tower is also a symbol for spiritual awakenings and the uprooting of structures. April 21st, 2026 In this moment my 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 is grieving. As it rains, I can't help but to feel the mirrored emotion flowing through the air This house is silent And the world is in distress Although I am grateful & currently feeling blessed My 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 is heavy & I feel this pressure in my chest I am grieving a loss that feels like it's happened many lifetimes Where even though I am feeling the 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒉𝒔 of my ocean I know my soul has spoken & it's only right for me to journey forward while holding my 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 in the palm of my hands Shattered & confused Because yet again my 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 is 'too much' And I can't seem to locate a 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 that flows love the way mine does Through thick & thin We are both imperfect, but I guess I'm more willing My 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 is loyal & yes intense But gardening is not about planting seeds on the surface & observing from a far Hoping it grows with inconsistent effort All things with true meaning & realness includes both light & 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒉 It's about the maintenance & constant watering through all weathers & protection through storms It is about growth It's about 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 not 𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 dressed as peace "Peace" is just a form of escapism to block going deeper But I am 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑. I will not float to the top just to make YOU feel safer & me more digestible. What about my 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒂𝒇𝒆 space? Though I am 𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓. I can longer overflow I can longer attempt to grow in dry weather🥀 If you never received a 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 like mine You may question me, think I'm too good to be true, or simply think I will always be there But even water has its limits... So flowing love out of a broken & silenced place to keep the peace will not be my normal I cry tears as I write & release this As I begin to restore balance to my heart & nervous system. But with this I let go & release what is out of my control To stop protecting & holding what is so dear to me But I am grateful for everything & even you Whether this distance is for a season or forever. . . I will always 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 you🌀 🤍
