PLEASE don't ask you guests to move their own chairs! If your venue doesn’t include chairs (or chairs that you like), renting them adds up quickly! Why?
Because if you have 200 guests, you really need 400 chairs. 200 for your ceremony and 200 for your reception.
So, are there ways around this? Kinda sorta.
We always encourage our clients to rent both sets because it’s easier and smoother on the day of, but you can try to pay people to do this! TALK to your wedding planner and see what they say first! This is not their first rodeo, and they’re logistics experts! USE AND TRUST your resources!!
Another option is renting a more affordable option for your ceremony and splurging on your reception chairs! Why reception chairs? Because it helps set the tone and design for your big day, but it’s also where your guests will sit the longest, so the comfier, the better! For example, our Sadie chairs are $10 each, and for some, $1,000 for dining and $1,000 for the ceremony is just not in the budget (plus delivery fees), BUT renting a $3 ceremony chair saves them around $700

If you’re a bride or client designing their own event, please be sure to COMMUNICATE with your rental company directly about dimensions!
If you use AI to create a mock-up for you, it’s not going to be to scale, which means the image you’re looking at may not be possible!
For example, in the first image, one table has 9 Rose chairs on one side, but you can only fit 8!
The next image—the ONE rug shown is wider than the pergola. This is possible, but not with our current jute rugs. We’d have to source one that big, again, possible, but it’ll cost more than the rug you used from our website! Same with the table, ours is smaller, so it’ll look different!
The last image isn't too bad, but that’s exactly why I want to share it! Chat created some pretty large cocktail table arrangements, which is potentially fine if you’re 1) okay with losing space for your guests to set their drinks and apps down, 2) if your cocktail table is actually that big! Small but important details for your florist to have!
The good thing is these are all easy fixes! Just ask your rental company for dimensions (or double check their website because there’s a good chance the dimensions are posted 😉)

We’re back….FULL TIME!!!!! What does that mean for 2026 couples? We probably have availability‼️Submit your wishlist and we’ll get those pieces reserved!! 😍
Since October 2023, we’ve been operating part-time after my doctor said we were a high risk pregnancy. We immediately stopped taking new orders and I went back to the CLASSROOM.
So, since February 2024, I’ve been teaching full-time, going to school full-time, running this business, and learning how to be a mom through it all.
I knew I’d leave the classroom, but I never planned to leave in the middle of the year. Turns out, our biggest challenge as new parents (so far) was finding the right daycare 🥺 In our perfect world, it was always me, but financially, that didn’t seem to make sense right now. BUT here we are, forced out of our comfort zone (turns out, when you have a kid, a steady paycheck and great insurance is REALLY appealing 💀)
While this transition is bittersweet (I had the best students, colleagues and bosses a teacher could ask for) we’re OVER THE MOON to get back to the business full-time!! I’m home with my little man, we can take on MORE clients and now I can take meetings in the middle of the day 😅 a HUGE SHOUT OUT to all of the amazing planners that worked with our wonky schedule these past two years!! 🥹🙌🏾
