Finally tried the viral Hailey Bieber Erewhon smoothie dupe 🍓✨
I stopped by @southblock at the Bowl in Ballantyne to try their Strawberry Cloud smoothie and it lived up to the hype.
It’s made with:

✨ strawberry glaze
💪 collagen protein
🌊 sea moss
🥛 unsweetened almond milk
It’s light, refreshing, subtly sweet, and the coco whip and strawberry glaze make it feel extra fun and indulgent without being overly heavy.
Also loved that their smoothies are made without ice or syrups 👏

Officially entering my “buying flowers to recruit good bugs to fight the bad bugs” era 🌼🐞😂
One thing I’ve learned while building out the deck garden is that companion flowers aren’t just pretty, but they can actually help attract pollinators and beneficial insects that help protect your veggies naturally.
So I added a mix of some other flowers (Zinnias, Verbena, and Lantana) to my marigolds and nasturtiums to hopefully:
✨ attract bees & pollinators
✨ encourage the “good bugs”
✨ and help keep the bad bugs away from my plants
Will I still panic at every tiny bug I see? Absolutely.
But at least now I’ll feel a little more educated while doing it 😅🌱

I spent the weekend with my mom at the Charlotte Garden Club’s “Art in the Garden” event and honestly…it might be one of Charlotte’s prettiest spring events 🌿✨
The self-guided tour featured beautiful private gardens paired with local artists painting live throughout the day, plus local food and drink vendors at several of the stops.
I also discovered Gardens on Green for the first time and immediately became obsessed with their pottery, planters, and little garden shop.
The gardens were beautiful, inspiring, and fully convinced me I need to redo my backyard immediately, minus the upkeep part 🤣. I blame @gardenerinlove for this (but I’m also trying to figure out how to become besties with them to get another invite over to their dreamy backyard!)
It was such a magical and pretty way to spend a weekend in Charlotte and I’m already planning to attend next year.

Spent the day at the Truist Championship in Charlotte ⛳️☀️
Honestly…I wasn’t sure how a full golf day with a toddler was going to go, but we somehow managed to watch a LOT of golf and she had such a fun time walking the course.
Beautiful overcast weather, great atmosphere, and such a fun event to experience in Charlotte.

Morning coffee run turned into the cutest little European escape ☕️✨
I stopped by @innescasbakery and immediately fell in love with the space. It’s light, bright, feminine, and honestly felt like stepping into a little Parisian bakery.
They have a full coffee menu with specialty lattes, chai, matcha, cold brew, and more. I tried the crème brûlée latte, which was a vanilla latte topped with a toasted custard foam and it was great.
But let’s be honest…I was really there for the pastries 😂
Everything in the case was absolutely stunning. Presentation 10/10. I genuinely had the hardest time deciding what to bring home.
I couldn’t resist the “Bearimisu”. Tiramisu in a little bear shape?? Immediately yes.
I also grabbed a cinnamon roll and had it warmed up to enjoy there and it was perfection. Soft, gooey, not overly sweet, and topped with the dreamiest cream cheese frosting.
If you’re looking for a cozy little morning spot or a bakery that feels extra special, this one is definitely worth the stop!
