Today is Nakba Day—the day we remember and mourn the illegal displacement of more than 750,000 Palestinians, the destruction of countless Palestinian villages, and the beginning of decades of apartheid, ethic cleansing, and genocide.
28,489 days of oppression.
28,489 days of dehumanization.
28,489 days of havoc.
AND 28,489 days of Palestinians resisting the terrorist state of Israel, living in hope, and moving toward their liberation and their return to their land and homes.

A gentle reminder that today isn’t a happy day for everyone. Many have lost mothers and children in Palestine, in Lebanon, in Iran, in Yemen, in Syria, in Congo, in Sudan. Many mothers and children have been separated from their loved ones due to the terrorism of ICE and this evil administration. Many have lost mothers due to sickness and old age. Many have miscarried. Many want to be mothers and can’t. Many are estranged from their mothers and children. I could go on and on.
If this is a happy day for you, I celebrate with you! If not, be gentle with yourself and each other.
Also, til the day I die and beyond, fuck Israel or the United States of Israel for the ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people. Thousands of family lines wiped out forever.

He’s being charged with a misdemeanor. Medical aid wasn’t administered. We don’t know his condition yet.
