You don’t owe anyone access to a regulated nervous system you built from scratch.
This season?
You choose relationships — in marriage, business, and friendship — that meet you where YOU are.
Or you walk.
Your peace is not up for negotiation.
Your emotional bandwidth is not community property.
Your nervous system is no longer the neighborhood service center.
Triggering enough?
