Lets make ripples

You’d think nine days is a long time to be in a house full of strangers but it felt like it could’ve easily lasted a whole month 🫶🏻 This is what it looks like to put nine (once) strangers in a chateau for nine days: 1. Our beautiful home for the trip 2. Lots of conversations in the sun 3. Michelle and I talked about the travel videography content field, we shared our secrets and journey and this moment will live in my heart forever 💌 4. Having the most delicious meals cooked each day !! I’ve never had such yummy quiches 5. Learning to bake the most scrumptious apple pie from Sophie (our home chef) 🍎 6. Whimsy everywhere 7. Cows and horses as neighbours 🥹 8. Dancing in the sun 9. Discovering beautiful towns and finding the hidden cider route of Normandy 🍷 10. Visiting Claude Monet’s Garden and house (still cannot believe this happened) 🪷 11. More whimsy ! 12. Beautiful sunsets imprinted in my memory 13. Last but not least, peak girlhood Not only did we rest and play, but we learnt so so sooo much from one another. Nine days of workshops, day trips, tipsy talk, cry sessions, pickleball, playing dress up — and I wouldn’t trade a second of it for the world. AHHH I DID IT!!!🥺 The invisible string that tied this magical experience together was the people themselves. People with open hearts, open minds, & open arms… This was by far the best thing I’ve ever done. I cried SO hard, I hugged people for the first time voluntarily & genuinely enjoyed it, I didn’t feel fomo or any fear when writing in the next room, I woke up to giggle over breakfast, I shared tipsy conversations, I laughed sober, & I loved. So hard, I loved. Life changing.
