Grazie Milano! A quick day trip for a tattoo appointment with the magical @pietrosedda I went straight from my delayed flight into the largest uber ever. After some reference material we decided on the design and he made quick work of this dreamy piece. It was pouring rain and I walked to my hotel and ordered arancini and cannoli. The next morning woke up with horrendous back pain and booked a two hour Thai massage. Walked by the Duomo on the way and it was packed for Easter weekend. Had some airport pizza and gelato and flew to London for another quick airport bite. What’s up LA!!! On my flight home from NZ, had a long layover in LA and did some of my favorite things like eat delicious food, get my nails done, get a 20 make you holla, and see some friends. I also drove by the neighborhood in Altadena we used to live in many years ago and saw the devastation from the fires. Our old house did burn down along with the entire street. Was like a ghost town. So sad to see and so random how the fire chose a path burning one house and not another. I hope Altadena gets her sparkle back. Flew home just in time for a winter storm and was greeted by wild turkeys. The end.

Good morning from one ☝️ f the first places to see the sun!!!!! The trip to the glow worms was mind blowing! Absolutely stunning underground caves full of amazement in their own right, then you add glowing worm galaxies. To die for! They don’t allow any photos inside, so you’ll just have to imagine. People have been traveling to see this cave of wonder for 125 years!!! Totally worth it!

Hobbiton!!!! You may not know, but I love Lord of the Rings! I am an obsessive person and I obsessed over these movies for the better part of 2 decades. Had an amazing day on Auckland’s North Shore. Beach, sun, sand, volcanos, baby jellyfish and seashells galore. Stoped for a delicious vegan lunch and then a mistaken uber location took me to a ferry stop where I pushed a button and waited for the magical ferry to appear and it did. One of my favorite parts of traveling is that nothing is by accident. You always end up exactly where you’re meant to be. It was a super fun ride and then went for a walk down the pier, after which I enjoyed a swim and sauna back at my apartment.
