2025 Wrapped 🎶✨🌏
Oooops, last year I thought I was late with my recap in February, while it’s already April this time… !! 🙈 So anyway, in 2025, I…
🎸 worked on 65 shows across 39 locations in 17 countries, on five continents across the two hemispheres.
🤢 missed two shows (not included in the numbers above) due to terrible food poisoning.
🚙 spent a total of 162 days on the road for work.
🧜🏻♀️ worked for 4 incredible artists, who are all amazing women in their own right.
🌎 toured in Asia, Australia and in Latin America for the first time!

Rhythm & Vines 2025 ✌️☔️🔥
It rained, it was muddy, but the most fun was had behind the scenes! Once again, it was the greatest pleasure to manage the Vines main stage at R&V. The team makes all the difference, and the production team at this festival is just the loveliest! Thank you @belo.productions for having me again. Looking forward to my 5th anniversary next year! 👀✨

How to empower women in the music industry 💪👩✨
In my experience, local crew chiefs often by default assign men as deck-hands (or stop-ons). As a Stage Manager, when I talk to the chief about the stage-hand needs for the show, I ask for a 50/50 gender split. It is important to me that the opportunity is provided, and also that women are represented in the stage crew, especially when there are many young women in the crowd!
During the load-in I look out for women and non-binary people who seem particularly keen, and I ask: would you like me to ask your boss if you can do the show with me? I have never received a “no” from a crew chief when I’ve requested specific members from their team.
In Mexico City, I asked Ara (on the right) this same question, as she had been a massive help throughout the day - and she was delighted. After the show she told me: “I never dared to dream that one day I would work on this show.”! 💚
