Some of my favorite pictures from the trip - Lily's complete lack of interest at the @ngadc

It was our turn to host supper club so Kate and I tried our hand at some Korean cuisine.
1. Jumeok-bap (rice balls). One with gochujang beef, one with tuna, mayo, and nori, and one with spam and kimchi.
2. Bibimbap! The star of the night. So many steps. So very worth the effort.
3. Deep fried kimchi rice balls.
4. Not exactly authentic to stuff them with mozzarella but, I mean, come on.
5. And for dessert - coconut tapioca pudding with peaches (a southern take on the sago with mango classic).
