Blanc Limé : vin blanc et limonade, pour évoquer la simplicité des bistrots populaires. Clairette de Die : Un vin effervescent légèrement sucré, pour ajouter une touche de célébration. Vins variés : Une sélection soigneusement de vins rouges et blancs. Blanc Gommé : Un mélange traditionnel de vin blanc adouci par un soupçon de sirop de gomme. Shot Vodka Café : Une note corsée et énergisante pour clôturer le repas. Plats : Frites avec 3 sauces : servie avec des sauces maison Œuf mayo : évoque les déjeuners de comptoirs parisiens, symbole de convivialité et de partage. Boissons maison : Gin infusé avec des herbes du jardin ou hibiscus. Vodka : Servie nature ou aromatisée selon les goûts. Limonade maison. Ce menu est pensé pour évoquer l’ambiance chaleureuse et sincère des cafés parisiens où se retrouvaient les bougnats, ces travailleurs venus de l’Auvergne qui étaient à la fois des porteurs d’eau, charbonniers et tenanciers de café.
