This dinner is deeply personal for many of us. Addiction has touched more lives than we often care to acknowledge. Most of us know someone who is currently in the grips of addiction, or someone who has fought their way through to the other side. Each of us carries our own journey and our own connection to this struggle.
This dinner is in honor of those who need help, those who are fighting, and those we have lost. It is also an opportunity to showcase the compassion and thoughtfulness of the restaurant community here in Philadelphia — a community that continues to show up for one another.
We’re grateful to host this dinner at Fleur on March 19. Tickets are $95, and all are welcome to join us for an evening centered around community, support, and purpose. Tickets can be purchased through the link in our bio. We would also like to extend our deepest thanks to the sponsors and partners who have generously contributed their time, craft, and ingredients to help make this charity dinner possible. The spirit of collaboration behind this evening is a powerful reminder of how supportive and generous our community can be.
Our non-alcoholic pairing is being thoughtfully curated by
@less_than_05 , featuring exceptional beverages from
@villbrygg and
@culsec.domaine , showcasing just how exciting and nuanced non-alcoholic drinks can be alongside a tasting menu.
We’re also incredibly grateful to
@caviarxsusa , with Gary providing beautiful caviar for one of our opening snacks, accompanied by crème fraîche from
@birchrunhills Hills Farm.
The produce that will shape the menu is coming from the incredible growers at
@lancasterfarmfresh and the team at
@mycopolitan , whose mushrooms continue to inspire our cooking.
@regalisfoods Foods has generously donated their Pennsylvania Golden Chickens for our main course, and the pristine fluke featured in our crudo course will be sourced from
@local130seafood
We’re truly grateful for the generosity of these partners. Their support and belief in this cause help transform this dinner into something far greater than a meal. A special thanks goes out to
@chefbillyriddle for taking the time to film this and come up with the questions.
