This past year asked more of me than I expected — to let go of what felt safe, to sit with discomfort and grief, to rebuild pieces of myself I never planned to have broken. It wasn’t always graceful but it was rooted in the deepest parts of what makes me, me.
There is something powerful in standing fully in your own form, without apology or armor, just presence and truth. This is my reminder that rebirth doesn’t arrive all at once. It unfolds slowly, in choices, in boundaries, sometimes in chaos, but always in the courage to begin again.
Here’s to becoming, again and again.

When I saw how beautiful the colors were in this quaint medieval town on the French Riviera, I had to add it to my trip. Menton is known as “the Pearl of France” and is nestled between the Monaco and Italian borders. I considered going for a long walk on the beach to Italy because I thought it would be cool to be in three different countries in a single day buuttttt wound up seeming like it was cooler to say that I did it than actually do it. Exploring the town was my favorite thing to do here and I took a nice little journey up to the Basilique Saint-Michel, an 18th-century bell tower where I got the the most beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Also pictured, the fattest truffles I’ve ever seen 🤤

My mf TEAMMMMMM! So grateful that the work I do inherently connects me with the most selfless, loving, DOPE people in this community. Reflecting back on 2025 one of the things I’m most grateful for is my time working with the @griz team. Touring has been a dream of mine since I was a kid and getting to travel around the country running harm reduction at festivals and arenas is something I still can’t believe is real. But doing it with THIS team of humans, with the nonprofit I started in my brothers memory, and an artist that made me fall in love with this scene over a decade ago is something I will be eternally grateful for. Tying it all together with GRiZmas was the perfect little bow on this year for us and I can’t tell you how many times I was brought to tears over this chilly little Detroit weekend and the team that has become family. In the last 3 month of GRiZ events alone, we serviced near 150,000 attendees, @12daysofgrizmas raised over $200k, and had the time of our lives doing it. See you all again in 2026. I can’t f*cking wait.

Ouzoud Waterfalls ✨ about 100 miles // 2 hours outside of Marrakech. Got to feed the monkeys, take a little boat ride very close to the falls, and of course eat some lamb tagine and pet some kittens
