✈️✈️ My airplane art prints were recently highlighted in a @housebeautiful feature of @jenniferbeekhunter ’s Brooklyn brownstone project. @jennifetbeekhunter emailed to let me know my airplane prints made the feature and asked if I wanted any specific details about the project. I asked Jennifer if she would share with me what made her choose my artwork for this boy bedroom design? I love her response which I’ve pasted below: “Besides you being so talented and that I think the art is absolutely perfect, the reason I selected your art for the space is that it brings such a strong sense of dynamism and makes the entire room pop. I also love that, while the room has a subtle travel theme with the map wallpaper and airplanes, it never feels kitschy. Instead, it feels sophisticated and thoughtfully designed for a young boy.” The ‘pop’ Jennifer mentioned was exactly what I was going for when I created this art series. The ‘never feels kitschy’ has been the goal with every genre of photography in which I have participated. Thank you @jenniferbeekhunter for sharing your incredible talent with me.
