Impressions from my latest work “ONE SEAT FOR SIX, PLEASE”
1 seat & 6 looks Created, styled, and characterized based on my research into the chaise longue and its relevance as a cultural object, status symbol, and reference point for technical evolution in design.
I drew inspiration from the multi-faceted development the chaise longue went trough as one of the “holy grails” of design and created six characters, that in some way play and or deconstruct the codes of the original classical elements they are based on.
