one part of this challenge is two workouts per day and one must be outside. doing this in german winter with a 9 to 5 job is tough but i‘m locked in. cold nights, long days, no excuses. 👊🏼
i think will also create more of those cinematic self film edits, as it’s challenging but lots of fun at the same time ✊🏼
