I used to reach for a drink when what I really needed was peace.
For a long time, alcohol was how I numbed, coped, escaped, or fit in. It was my “normal” in so many social settings—and honestly, in my quiet moments too. But underneath all of it… I was hurting.
I’ve never shared this publicly, and it’s not easy to write. But I’m learning that freedom begins with honesty—and that healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
God has been working deeply in my life. He’s helped me face the parts I wanted to avoid. He’s given me strength I didn’t think I had. And slowly, I’m becoming more whole, more present, and more free.
If you’re struggling with something that looks “harmless” on the outside but feels heavy on the inside—I see you. You’re not alone. And you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
This is just the beginning of what I’ll be sharing. And I’m so thankful to have you walking with me.

We had a Flower Bar at Unbreakable Connections provided by @fiftyflowers , where each lady made her own beautiful bouquet to put in a vase, that was customized just for her, with her favorite bible verse.
