Finally able to sit back and collect all of my thoughts from TX2K week. We started this project with Miss Kitty in December with a plan to make her lighter, safe and of course fast. And we cut it close. Literally down to the second. So all week we thrashed away and made her faster and faster only to get bit by a mechanical failure. Had the transmission held we might have turned some heads and showed everyone something but thats part of racing. I do want give thanks to a bunch of people. 1st on the list is my crew members
@gjgfrombigd &
@leon.puente these 2 guys are my right hand men and they crushed it out there. From making sure the car was ready to staging the car in the right line to give me the chance to win some races. 2nd is
@bailys_hyperformance his knowledge, trust and workmanship gave me a great car. And his mentorship gave me the confidence to become a pretty good race car driver. 3rd is
@GarretDobbs I can honestly say I look up to him. Heart of gold and is willing to drop what he's doing to lend a hand even when I looked completely lost. He is the true meaning of a great team-mate. Also
@NYAphotography Tori killed it out there with a bunch of great pictures and work recommend her to anyone wanting photos or media in the race scene. I will be reaching out to purchase more pictures for myself. Finally there is
@nitrousoutlet they went above and beyond for the issue I had. We had a locked screen on our Promax controller that we just purchased and couldn't get the nitrous to work correctly. The counter guy Roger had his wife drive to the shop and grab me another controller and bring it straight to track the same day with Jeff's approval. It goes to show always support your local vendors because they will do what it takes to make it right. So with that said we are going go back to the drawing board get Miss Kitty fixed, race the 2026 season and get her ready for TX2K 2027. See y'all at the track. Also special thanks to #magnusonsuperchargers #raceequip #bogartwheels #tbmbrakes #cjsfabrication
