Survived 6 days of MMW. Lost my mind and roughly 37% of my net worth in service charges. Gained one functioning brain cell that’s currently on life support.
Bangladesh after 5 years! It was proper good to see my parents and the wider family again. I’ve usually felt like a bit of an outsider there, but this time felt different. Between all the incredible people I met and catching up with old mates I hadn’t seen in years, I felt part of the crew straight away.
Seeing my parents getting older hit differently, but I’m grateful I prioritised them on this trip! The real MVP was my nephew @pundeenpassan for being an absolute legend.
A day trip to Istanbul, Turkey was rather delightful. I’ll be back sooner rather than later, Dhaka 💜
Started off 2026 with a Sold Out Après-ski event with Two debut headliners to celebrate @danceagenda ‘s 9th birthday. Lots to celebrate. But also threw a rave at the top of the hill of a ski resort. Downhill Disco was proper mad. Until next winter 🪩⛷️🏂
2025. What a bloody year! I finally manned up to quit my IT consulting job to pursue Dance Agenda full-time. DA levelled up and had our biggest year yet, with some proper unique events.
This year I met the most broken version of me, but also the strongest. I’ve felt the highs and the graft of entrepreneurship. I’ve mastered the art of being alone. I walked away from people who left me drained. I doubled down on my growth and focused on becoming a better man. Hope I’m a better version of myself next year.

Last summer, I invited a few mates to join me on the @paddletap for my sunset set on a sunny day on Lake Minnetonka. The weather, however, had very different plans. Just 15 minutes into the boat ride, the sky turned dark and we ended up riding through a storm for the rest of the trip, turning the evening into something truly unforgettable. Shoutout to the best captain @wellsbrose
