@British_Airways Could you finally resolve our account issue that has persisted since January 14th!? Case References 05400515, 05372044 & 06382068. We keep being promised help, calls back & resolution but never get any follow through - just endless phone calls starting from scratch each time. Its utterly exhausting and terrible business practice.
