Lems was built on a simple idea: shoes should work with your feet, not against them. From day one, our focus has been natural movement, comfort, and simplicity.
Running has always been part of that story.
Our founder, Andrew was a college decathlete with a passion for running. His journey into footwear started by cutting apart traditional running shoes, trying to understand why they felt restrictive. That curiosity shaped everything we’ve built since and now, it brings us here.
The ZenSpeed is our take on running and because every runner is different, we made two versions:
ZenSpeed+ for the daily runner chasing long miles and the ZenSpeed Lite for the minimal runner who wants to stay close to the ground.
