Blue Bell Day at the Newark Valley historic societies’ Bement-Billings Farmstead
I was invited to bring the mobile letterpress to the living history museum. I carved a new print for the occasion too. it was so wonderful to hang out with the community and share in creativity. 💙🔔🌒
Adoxa moschatel, the Marsh violet, horse tail fern, spring ephemeral flowers. Sean was telling me about moshatel, how not many are around because the mountains burned so frequently. They have at least five faces and are also a clock tower. Folk lore and flowers? Never.

The pink pearlstone quarry is out of the way. On the other side of the copper salt stained cliff of verdigris valley. Grape flowers bloom and a plum pupp plays in the marsh field.
