These are all words that could recount working behind the bar. However, the same words can be used to describe Mollys and mine other passions; skateboarding and skiing.
Whilst all of these are joy-inducing activities, a big part of them is also to take time to recover and load your energy - for the next round. As Swedes we do this with buns, cookies and of course coffee. We simply have what we call a fika.
With our passions and the necessary fika-break as inspiration, we’ve created this cocktail, Downtime Reminder.

Ett litet klipp från solnedgången vi fick möjlighet att se från kanten till den aktiva vulkanen Gunung Rinjanis krater. Det var rätt jobbigt men otroligt kul att traska/klättra/släpa sig upp till över 3 km över havet för att kika på Lombok, Indonesien uppifrån!😎 Musiken som spelas är för övrigt en inofficiell remix jag jobbar på 😊 @cajsasternroot
