In order to improve and to measure your progress you need to test yourself.
@hyroxesp gave us the opportunity to test our fitness level at Bilbao last weekend. And we gave it all we had.
Honestly, there is always room for improvement, but we are on the right path.
We came home with a 2nd place in Hyrox Men 30-34 (@fredybonet ) and a 3rd place in Hyrox Pro 30-34 (@jeromendezmaza ) an 4 PRs (@javfergoitia@eugenie4701 ).
Meanwhile, @pepe_salama was representing our team and our country in the @hyroxworld North American Championship, with an excellent performance
