āBlame It On My Traumaā is now out ! Streaming on all music platforms!
Blame It On My Trauma is a coming-of-age story told through sound.
Follows a boy living in the comfort of his own naivety and unresolved hurt. After a glow-up brings attention he never had before, he mistakes validation for healing and lust for connection. Hookups become a shield ā a way to avoid love so he never has to feel the weight of loss again.
When he finally opens himself up to love again, it breaks him. What follows is a down spiral choosing between repeating the same toxic cycles or growing beyond them.
This project is about self-awareness, accountability, and evolution. About learning that avoiding love doesnāt prevent pain, it only delays growth. Healing doesnāt mean erasing the past, but understanding it, taking responsibility, and allowing faith, intention, and maturity to shape what comes next.

Christmas Wrap party = Magical
But this was less about me. Sure I appreciate being appreciated for my hard work and Iāve had an amazing time.
But as someone born and raised from Detroit whom is the first in your family to start the creative industry let alone āFilmā, is like a distant dream. Thereās no handbook on knowing where to go. My passion, my drive, my dreams pushed me to get to where I am. The family Iāve met along the way theyāve seen something in me to ā take a chanceā on me.
And as I delivered, moments like these exist
But once again this is less about me and more about the very first person whoās ever taken a chance on me whoās supported me through day one. I could say Iām going to be a pilot and next thing you know 30mins later a handbook for how to be a pilot would be on my lap. That person is my mother.
Starting a career in which thereās no one in your family could lay out a blueprint and you are the first blueprint to start it can be scary. And scarier for the people who want nothing but the best for you and donāt know what path youāre following and how to help. But like the passion in my eyes for following what I do, I seen the belief in her eyes of knowing I would succeed in what I do.
This moment was magical cause my mom got to see a glimpse of whom I call family. And how we all take care of each other and push each other to grow. We are there outside of work and inside too. Not for a second do I think I made it alone itās a team collaborative thing.
The love I have for the people Iāve met since chasing my dreams is unbound. Thank you @tylerperry@tylerperrystudios for allowing me to show what my world looks like and the people whom I call family to my number one my day one supporter my Mom cause this moment was for her.
