My new double-single, Commonside / Game of Chance, is out today!
I’m so stoked these songs are finally out - it’s taken the better part of a year to record and work on them but I’m proud and happy that they’re out in the world now.
More importantly, I can’t thank the people involved in this project enough: @michaelwilfordmusic on drums, @alexwilliampalm on keys, @sofia_mllr on bass, and @jeremyearleey on electric guitar have all made these songs what they are today.
Moreover, a huge thank you to Justin at @barnhousesound for engineering, recording, and having us as part of his Artist Development program - these songs wouldn't have come to fruition wothout him. And as always, a huge thanks to Julian @marrs_audio for mixing and mastering.
Looking forward to celebrating these new songs with a full band arrangement at our show coming up on Feb. 26th at @throwdownyyj / @thedukesaloon with a stellar lineup to boot. The Bad: Due to a sudden emergency, Fawkes and Hownd won't be able to make Folk Night tonight.
The Good: @eliseleblancmusic Will be taking over our headlining spot and our very own @legerjacob will be filling in the second slot!
