Fun project! A mix of heated floors and radiators. The new generation of air to water heat pumps is here. Thanks for the opportunity #facetbuilders

Before and after in a crawlspace…replaced 30 year old failing boilers and controls, DHW and pool heater with a new Lochinvar boiler and Tiger tank crawlspace indirect DHW. Radiant floor, baseboard rads and 260,000btu pool heat exchanger. Hard to stop peeling back the layers in an older crawlspace!. #aquatechsales #lochinvar #tekmar #andrewsheretltd

Another completed Air to Water heat pump system. Had to make the attic a mech room to accommodate the equipment! #tekmar #lochinvar #aquatechsales

Air Excellent HRV install. Engineered design, all runs measured and balanced ensure evenly distributed airflow to every room. Pairs perfectly with an Air to water heat pump radiant system.

Converting a propane boiler system to Air to Water Heat Pump. Nice and quiet 3 ton monoblock working fast and efficient! Customer wanted propane boiler left connected as a backup so we just isolated it with valves for easy switchover. Viola!

First install of new HRV product. 3 storey home, 30 runs, 18 heads= 12 hour rough in. I think I like it!

When installing radiant in a 4” slab, it’s important to keep the tubing in the top two inches. Tying to the top of rebar instead of pinning to the foam takes more time but worth the effort. Another quality build by @griffithhomes !
