Here I’m running Eurorack into norns with the Lepidoptery script.
I tried Lepidoptery out because I thought it might be interesting, but it’s way cooler than I expected. I’ve been zoning out to it all morning. Might have to do a live set with this setup at some point.
Here I’m running the pt5 script on norns and sending it into the OT, where it’s being sampled, processed, and resampled in real time. There’s some other stuff on the OT in there as well.
It’s slightly out of view, but I’m playing a keyboard here like a real musician for once. The Minilogue is making the spacey filter sweep stuff. The Eurorack is doing the rhythm and melody.
Not my best patch, but maybe my most successful use of chaos (not randomness) to date.
It never repeats, just follows its own logic, getting stuck in weird states for minutes at a time before falling back out.
My favorite part is when Braids makes the weird baby sounds.
