Setting the tone for 2026: 1. Get faster — half marathon that is, the marathon distance I am still unsure where I stand, time will tell, but half marathon is so appealing right now 2. Alcohol-free — no issue in relation to addiction or overuse, but when I have 2 drinks it is so silly (sleep is always thrown off) & hungover is an utter nightmare, counterproductive all around, so hard pass (started this early been 31 days & counting…) 3. Be a beginner — well dance classes here I come, signed up to become the next greatest hip hop back up dancer, watch out (I’m laughing just typing this…) 4. Take the risk — big & small risks vs. having a perfected plan, it’s going to be ok just go for it, if you want a change you got to take make a change in your approach too 5. Love yourself — pour into yourself as you do others, remember you’re one of a kind be true to you keep evolving, manifest & take pride in your emotional, physical, & mental wellbeing, your a badass go kick ass Make it happen & shock everyone even you! What do you have up your sleeve in 2026? My advice go for what is burning in your gut, you got this & who gives a shit what anyone thinks, get after it & whatever it is I am so proud of each of you ♥️ #2026goals #halfmarathonprep #alcoholfree #beginner #risky

Winter so far has been slow & steady, full of the small things that matter the most. As per usual the weather can’t make up its mind, pups curled up on the couch, chapters I disappear into, miles clearing my head, lifts that ground me & afternoons with a friend walking & vision boarding to begin to prep for 2026.
