Kambada started with the idea of creating new and intimate spaces for Brazilian music in NYC, but also with the intention of extending these experiences beyond the night itself through audiovisual releases and documentation. Excellent experience last week at the Turkish Ambassador's residence in Washington, D.C. for the embassy's "Ertegün Jazz Series", dedicated to iconic Atlantic Records co-founders Ahmet and Neshui Ertegün. Turkish-infused jazz with the Mehmet Ali Sanlikol Quartet.

Exited to be back with WhatsNext, Mehmet Sanlikol's large orchestra. New music to be heard, as well.
