I built Le Dolci as a culinary school — but somewhere along the way, our kitchen became something else entirely.
A backdrop for Food Network shows.
A set for brand campaigns.
A venue where Anna Olson and Matty Matheson have both cooked.
2,200 sq ft. Two completely different kitchens. Natural light from 16-foot east and west facing windows.
And Monday to Friday, 9 to 5? It's sitting empty.
That changes now.
