One thing I noticed this year: I’ve become much pickier with my work.
More intentional about posing.
More selective with styling and models.
More aware of the small adjustments that elevate a shot from “nice” to “this is it.”
The upside: my work is growing with me.
The downside: I find myself less easily satisfied, because I can see everything that could still be better.
Maybe that’s just the creative loop we live in.
Raising our standards, while trying to keep our self-kindness at the same level.
