The new music series kicks off with our first feature Leddwyn out of the Interlake region of Manitoba 🇨🇦 🍁 @leddwyn Leddwyn is a hard-hitting four-piece hard rock band originating from the Gimli, Manitoba area. Drawing from a blend of grunge, post-grunge, and metal, the band cites artists such as Alice in Chains, Audioslave, and Chevelle among their major influences 🔥 Performing throughout the Manitoba scene, the group, made up of musicians aged 22–25, have developed a tight, high-energy live sound, which they’ve since brought into the studio and displayed on their first release In 2025, the band independently released their debut EP, “Mask of Sanity”. The five-track release kicks off with the chugging guitar riff of “Everyday,” before launching into a well-produced showcase of melodic hooks, driving guitar work, and tight drum fills. Currently the group has one gig booked for March 20th, performing at Winnipegs “Rockin Revolution” festival.
