Our producer partner, Alejandro Ariza visited our roastery this week for a public cupping, and you all showed up! Alejandro brought a dozen coffees from his farm—each unique in variety and/or processing. The coffees on the table showcased his experiments and different flavor profiles—endless possibilities from the same farm.
With detailed care to the process of growing coffee, and mineral-rich soil benefiting from three nearby volcanoes, Finca La Argelia is making their mark in the specialty coffee world. We’re excited to continue growing our partnership with Finca La Argelia in Inzá, Cauca, Colombia, and bring in more exciting coffees as they become available to us! ♥️🇨🇴
We have built a great path throughout these 4 years. Solid, stable and lasting relationships.
Life is summarized in many things, but for me, the most important thing is to persist and never stop believing that you can achieve it.
This trip has really been crazy, enriching in every sense, new friends, new experiences, exchange of ideas and knowledge, all with the same vision, grow and grow.
I asked God a few years ago, that one day I could live from my passion and what I like to do the most, telling stories, origin and everything through coffee.
Every time I think that dream is getting closer and closer and about to become reality.

We’re a small team working hard to pump out the coffee you know and love, so we aren’t open to the public for drop-ins. The roastery operates by appointment only.
However, we welcome you to order on our website and come pick up at the front door during our pickup hours. Order by Monday at 12pm for same-week pickup hours.
