That's a very good question, here are my three favourite key points: TRE is tremendous - for anybody who wants to pro-actively work on their health and well-being* – rather than popping a pill or depending on somebody “to fix” them. TRE is tremendous - for anybody who doesn't want to talk about (past) issues - nothing needs to be verbalised as the body does the work. TRE is tremendously - empowering, once learned it's a tool for life - hence it can save time and money. _________________________ *TRE allows your body to release tension – in the most innate way, i.e. by shaking it off. Really??? Really!!! This tension release can have many knock-on benefits, i.e. disappearance of: - (head) aches - (back/shoulder/neck) pains - teeth-grinding - gastrointestinal issues - sports injuries - (menopausal) anxiety/irritability - anger while gaining: - deep relaxation (mini spa treatment on the yoga mat?) - more resilience - better connection with self, body, others (better relationships) - more flexibility - better sleep Intrigued? Get in touch by DM or via website () if you'd like to find out more … You might then join me in wondering: "Why on earth isn't everybody shaking it off?"

What can we learn from our dogs? When dogs encounter a stressful situation - they shake it off, don't they? And then they get on happily with life! All mammals are genetically encoded to release stress and tension in this way. Really!!! We humans only still do it in extreme situations, e.g. after an accident knees start to wobble, teeth tremble. But in 'normal' stressful situations our brain overrides the body's urge to tremor by telling us: don't be ridiculous, don't show vulnerability, keep a stiff upper lip and try and hold everything together. Does that sound familiar? Over time this tension as well as the increased levels of stress hormones can manifest as, e.g. - tension headaches/migraines - neck/shoulder/back pain - tech neck - gastrointestinal issues - teeth grinding - anxiety - (menopausal) irritability - anger - and so much more With TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) you can learn how to support your body in releasing the tension you are holding. And then you can get on with life - pain-free and in a much more relaxed and resilient way. Does this resonate with you? Get in touch for a wee fact-finding chat - it's free and without any obligation whatsoever! I just want you to recognise how amazing your body is. And then you might also wonder: "Why on earth isn't everybody shaking it off?" You deserve to feel so much better - let's have a chat ... book yours via #tensionRelease #psychosomaticPain #stressRelease

For the woman who finds it hard to say 'no' … ... here is a powerful self-care exercise for you, which might be helpful if you'd like to learn to say 'no' - before your body does it for you. tinyurl.com/IWD26TRE PS Apparently the mimosa is the flower of IWD - but I haven't taken a photo, yet, hence here's another yellow pretty flower

Sometimes I wonder why TRE needs marketing at all. It’s a no-brainer, really. And our bodies already know what to do. Natural. Innate. TREmendous. If something in you is resonating, trust that. And consider this a gentle, cheeky reminder.

A quick practice of TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) before my flight. Feeling deeply refreshed and without back pain from carrying my luggage. Thank you for the yoga room at @frankfurtairport - such a beautiful oasis in the middle of a very busy airport. Until next time!

Happy World Meditation Day to all of you who love to meditate. And for those of you who struggle to sit still, quiet the mind or feel that meditation just isn’t for you ... ... I’d like to suggest exploring TRE. As one client, a committed meditator, said to me recently: “The feeling of stillness I get after TRE is much better than after meditation.” Wow. Because when the body releases tension, the mind often follows. Naturally, without effort. If you’re curious about experiencing this kind of embodied calm for yourself, you’re invited to get in touch with me, simply send me a DM. Natural. Innate. TREmendous.
