VIANOČNÉ TIPY: NIEČO, ČO POSUNIE ZÁHRADU O LEVEL VYŠŠIE Posledný deň patrí darčekom, ktoré nevoňajú, neblikajú, nedajú sa zabaliť do pekného papiera… ale zato vám zabránia robiť tie isté chyby už šiesty rok po sebe. I created Hormones Unlocked because so many women tell me they feel lost when it comes to their hormones and so many men tell me that they do not understand hormones. Many women are unsure what’s happening to their bodies and often not getting the answers they need. Hormones Unlocked is an education course designed to improve knowledge for everyone. By watching videos, including expert insights and real women’s stories, I explain what’s happening during perimenopause and menopause, the role of hormones, and the treatments and lifestyle choices that can make a real difference. The Foxgloves have come to the end of their flowering life, so next up is my summer drought tolerant display! 🌸 We all know that pots can dry out quickly & it's just not sustainable for me to be watering morning & night, so this year I'm trying something new! Inspired by Beth Chatto's dry garden pot display & armed with the knowledge I've learned from Chris Beardshaw's Container Gardening course (which has been gifted) @learningwithexperts I've thought long & hard about what plants I could use. I've opted for Rose campion, Gaura & Salvia's. To give them the best head start, they've all had a pull through (meaning held under water until all the air bubbles stop coming) & I've added a slow release fertiliser & aqua boost granules to the compost. What do you do when it's rained non-stop for days? Cheer yourself up by cutting & arranging some dahlias of course! 🌸😆 I bought this vintage mantle vase months ago & I haven't yet had the opportunity to use it...until today that is! I headed to the allotment to cut flowers in the rain & I had so much fun arranging them when I got home. I was really surprised by how many flowers you can use in one of these! I used everything I cut ✂️ The Nicandra (an annual shrub, which I used for foliage) was a great starting point & works brilliantly alongside the dahlias. I've created this arrangement as part of my assignment for my online floristry course. I'm doing Flower Arranging with @paulapryke & it's really easy to follow.
