For the past 15+ years, Learning Express has been more than just a toy store. We’ve helped you pick out first birthday gifts, last-minute party presents, Easter baskets, and “just because” surprises. We’ve wrapped thousands of gifts, celebrated milestones with your families, and watched your kids grow up in our aisles.
We’ve also been proud to be part of this community—supporting local events, working alongside other small businesses, and building relationships that go far beyond a transaction.
Right now, things are a little different.
With the surge of viral toys, our stores have been extremely busy. We are so grateful for the support and all the new faces walking through our doors—it truly means everything to our small, family-owned business.
But we also need to be honest.
We are not a big box store. We are not a warehouse. We are a small team of real people—many of them young—working as hard as they can to keep up, answer questions, restock shelves, and take care of every single customer.
Lately, we’ve experienced a lot of frustration, anger, and disrespect directed at our staff. We understand how disappointing it is when an item is out of stock or sells out quickly. We truly do. But kindness matters—especially here.
Our team shows up every day to create a fun, welcoming place for your families. That hasn’t changed.
We kindly ask for your patience, your understanding, and your respect during this time.
