The AI revolution is here, but women aren't getting equal support to be part of it. Among those who have used AI at work:
→ Men are 27% more likely to be praised for using AI
→ Women are 23% less likely to receive manager encouragement to use AI
This isn't a skills gap. It's a recognition and support gap, and it compounds over time into lost opportunities for women.
If we want women to thrive in the age of AI, managers need to actively encourage and recognize women's AI use. The future of work shouldn't leave half the workforce behind.

For years, she said yes to every project because that's what "grateful" looked like. But she wasn't building her career. She was reacting to one.
