2025 blessed me with the privilege of working with records which are legit amongst my favourite releases of the year. Thank you, @thornhillmelb@splitchainband@asitisofficial@vianova.band@wearezetra & @ando__san for the music, the trust, inspiration & motivation. Y'all kick ass. And thank you @futurehistorymgmt for providing a space for art to bloom.
The year also saw an at times relentless onslaught of fantastic new music released (I am still playing catch up). Here's my thruppence on the highlights.
And yes I count the Immutable remaster as a 25 release, cos Meshuggah, in their infinite, inimitable wisdom, somehow made an existing record new again.
Here's to another year of dreaming & striving & too much good music.
