Short people hacks in the gym 💫 lat pull down edition. Take the lightest weight, raise it, it will conversely lower the bar for easier reach. Won’t work if you need to lift like at the bottom of the stack but works for most shorties :) or you can do it the old fashioned way and fly upwards after the set for extra fun 🪄 Fit from @gymsharkwomen @gymshark dc BEEF to save and support if you so choose <3
