Leg press of some sort 3x8-12 (putting in EFFORT! Not just moving)
Split squat or unilateral movement (Bulgarian & lunge are other options) 3x6-10 ea leg
Goblet squat 3x10
Hamstring curl 3x10-12
Leg extensions 3x10-15 with partials (you can see at the end the rep is barely getting up at all but it’s bc it’s difficuuuult not bc I’m giving up)
Busting a little dance move (this is VITAL to reaching your goals)

Goblet squat 3x10 heavy 12-15 half weight (idc how non optimal these are, I really enjoy them)
Hip thrust 3x6-8
RDL 3x8-10
Leg extensions & hamstring curl 3x10-15
Short people hacks in the gym 💫 lat pull down edition.
Take the lightest weight, raise it, it will conversely lower the bar for easier reach.
Won’t work if you need to lift like at the bottom of the stack but works for most shorties :) or you can do it the old fashioned way and fly upwards after the set for extra fun 🪄
