Something has been growing in the shadows of the deep personal healing I’ve undergone over the last few years. It’s tenacious, fervent, and expansive. No longer bound by the conformity of my past, I am grounded in the present and looking forward as I guide leaders to connect with their inner sovereignty. ••Collectively, we are experiencing immense and rapid change on a global scale, and many of us feel desensitized, numb, and understandably frozen with fear. Today’s Leaders face unprecedented challenges tied to the root of our human existence. So, to ask the right questions and find equitable solutions, we must return to just that—the root of what makes us human. ••And yet, we’re surrounded by forces that separate us from our humanity. These systems are no longer sustainable and do not serve our planet or the life that exists on it. We are the creators of these systems and are thus responsible for how they affect our lives. We have the power to disrupt, dismantle, debunk, and disable. We also have the power to initiate, innovate, reinvigorate, and renew. We are not powerless. ••By reclaiming our individual purposes and our inner knowing, we are leading from an ancient place that has existed far longer than the systems among us. ••Our individualism is not a threat to our interconnectedness. It’s the key. ••Feeling powerless in the fray? Feel like there’s no one else to follow? ••Join me in this next chapter as I take my experience as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and lifelong inquisitor @leah.Fleischner . ••I will not promise absolute truth; there are plenty of people speaking from this kind of egoic voice. I am an initiator of leaders leading from their individual truth. A witness to its purity. This is where we begin. Where we each hold our truth and multiple truths together, connecting with curiosity and wonder in what makes us each a special piece of a much larger puzzle. Where our collective wisdom far surpasses the artificial intelligence of our surroundings. ••There 𝘪𝘴 no one left to follow, and the abundant message, if we choose to receive it, is that it’s because we’ve been looking outside ourselves for far too long.

Month one in Portugal ✨🇵🇹 Ended with an official paper marking me a resident—after an uncharacteristically smooth four-month visa process. I hosted my first visitor, the GOAT of a human @mollymayhem_ , and Yogurt experienced the ocean, which he was a fan of until high tide reminded us both of that which is the etiquette of the seas. I fed myself culture the way some people inhale oxygen. Art, poetry slams, storytelling, ballet, two jazz performances and more… Each one cracked something open in me, especially a performance by @cecilemclorinsalvant , which carved out a new space in my soul. Last November I arrived here with nothing but a feeling. Quiet. Stubborn. The kind that sits in your chest and on particularly restless days, makes your ears itch. It turned into a frequency, then a direction, and finally a lifeline I had to choose again and again. Sometimes it felt like a defiance so deep I wasn’t even sure of the source. Somewhere along the way though, I met a part of myself. The wild-hearted one who hadn’t yet learned to doubt her own knowing. She looked me in the eye and said, now or never. Claim the life you built. And then Des’ree’s “You Gotta Be” started playing—like in any daughter-of-the-90s fever dream (minus Devon Sawa in a sweatsuit). And that’s when I realized this was the only way. The only way home.

What’s your legacy? I’m often asked what drew me to working with leaders. The answer is rooted deeply in my family lineage. I’m the daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter of leaders—men and women who led not just businesses, but their communities with intention and purpose. Last week, I had the privilege of walking alongside my father, Mark Fleischner, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he’s been a business and community leader for over half a century. Seven years after selling our family’s third-generation business, he was crowned King of the world’s shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade as a way to celebrate and recognize his devotion to the Hot Springs community. 🍀👑 At first, this might seem like just a fun, quirky tradition, but as I participated, I realized it’s a reminder of something much more profound. Both the parade and the celebration are about making space for people to come together, to pause, to laugh, and to simply be, especially in a time when we’re more disconnected than ever before. Through my work at YPO and my own coaching business, I’ve had the honor of working with leaders from every continent, and there’s one question I hear consistently lying beneath the surface: “What will my legacy be?” “What impact will I leave behind?” “Will I be remembered…?” Watching my dad reminded me that Legacy isn’t about "success" but about how deeply you connect and serve those around you. I’ve traveled the world coaching leaders. Why? Because leaders raised me. I am a leader. I believe in the valuable impact leaders can make in our world. I’ve witnessed and sometimes carried the burdens leaders carry, whether in their 30s, 50s, 70s, or somewhere between. And I know we’ll never truly understand the legacy we’ll leave behind, and perhaps that’s precisely as it's meant to be. The legacy we leave is often through a thousand selfless acts. It’s not just what we do, it’s the values we embody. If we’re lucky, we get the chance not just to be King for a day, but to have our family walk beside us and see our legacy reflected in honor, love, and connection. 💚 #legacy #leadership #innersovereignty
