Introducing the F Bass VI!
Over the years players have been asking us to make guitars again, well, this is how we build a guitar…as a bass.
There’s plenty of confusion surrounding this re-emerging classic as it occupies its own space between a guitar and a bass. While tuned EADGBE like a guitar, it’s tuned an octave down with heavier gauge strings and built upon a 30″ scale length.
While there’s much to love about the famed original, we’ve made key improvements throughout to improve the tone, playability, stability and so much more. To learn more visit:

29! A bit of a delayed birthday post. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little melancholy about entering the last year of my 20s. But I feel very blessed to have a life with wonderful friends & family, work that I feel passionate about, and goals that I can continue to strive towards.

We're excited to announce that the full F Bass VI Tone Guide is now live on YouTube!
In this final Instagram clip, we opted for an arpeggiated chord progression to make the Bass VI sound as close to a guitar as possible. Using the exceptionally clean middle pickup from @lollarpickups with the tone knob at 100%, we found that this sound is perfectly clean, articulate, and responsive to fingerstyle guitar parts.
All four clips that we posted on Instagram are contained within the full tone guide on YouTube, as well as a bonus clip with the Bass VI handling some dirt/distortion. Head over to our YouTube channel to check it out!

Welcome to the F Bass VI Tone Guide!
Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing demos to showcase the different sounds that the Bass VI is capable of. Our good friend @larnelllewismusic was incredibly kind to lend his hand to these videos so that you can hear the Bass VI in a musical context with drums. Couldn't imagine a better person for the job!
In this first clip, we went for a more traditional "burpy" bass tone, with the bridge pickup solo'd. We opted for a darker sound here with the tone knob almost rolled all the way off, but you can easily achieve a more articulate bitey sound with the tone rolled back up.
The beauty of the Bass VI is that it blurs the line between bass and guitar — we're excited to dig into some sounds that walk the line a bit more in the coming weeks.

July Dump 1 - Bangladesh
It was amazing to come back to my homeland after 11 long years. So many complicated emotions involved with coming here, it's often a bit overwhelming for me to try and put into words. But I have so much gratitude to see the land that my blood comes from.
Bangladesh is full of some of the toughest, funniest, and emotionally charged people I've ever seen. I feel blessed to come from a beautiful place with such passionate and resilient people. And I'm beyond grateful to see the places and people that carved my parents into the incredible people that they are.
I hope that as I come to my home in Canada, I never forget to feed the fiery spirit in my blood that is Bangla. I wouldn't exist without that flame.
