Tailoring project at @ifmparis PIMS
The tailored suit is a fundamentally structured piece, much like architecture. Brutalism becomes a language: a raw, unadorned aesthetic where construction is not hidden, but asserted.
This project also draws from my maternal grandfather, a construction site manager and specialist in large-scale metal structures, like an architect for me.
I present my tailoring project : a faceted structure, made of wool fabric and leather, exploring the space between body and garment.
