The pop-up café is available for your venue or event, offering coffee and specialty drinks that add an extra layer of experience to your gatherings. The concept is set to evolve into a more developed project, featuring a thoughtfully curated menu designed to enhance creativity, focus, and clarity. #respace #brussels

It’s been 3 weeks since we wrapped our handstand and coffee workshop @respace.be Full video live on YouTube (link in bio) This was such a fun way to spend a Sunday morning. I’m glad we filmed it so that I can revisit the happy moments whenever the mood strikes :) I was so impressed with the students and their commitment to mastering this skill. That’s a wrap! Yesterday I hosted my 10th workshop in Brussels and it was a blast!! It was extra special because it was the first one done as a collaboration 🫂 @le_sharp and @respace.be and I worked as a team to bring the concept of handstands and coffee to life. The beautiful, sun-filled Skylight room on the top floor made for a spectacular backdrop to our handstand practice. Plus, Brussels cooperated with delicious spring weather so that was another gift. After the 2 hour handstand practice we went downstairs to @sun.brussels for a detailed coffee workshop led by Julien. We learned a bit about the history of coffee, different brewing techniques, and he even taught us how to make the signature caramel miso latte. A really great way to spend a Sunday morning in my book :) This event reminded me of a quote I heard a while back on collaboration: “If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.” Working with professionals like these makes things so easy and the whole process much more enjoyable. Cheers to many more collaborations together, boys :) And of course, last but certainly not least, I have to give a massive thanks to the best cameraman and videographer around @dluzkoo 📸. The pictures and videos you took are candid and gorgeous and I feel that they really capture the cosy vibe of the event :) Thank you so much! I also filmed throughout the weekend so there will be a video coming to the channel soon! Handstand + Coffee Workshop Sunday March 22, 10am-1:30pm Brussels, Belgium Signup using the link in my bio (or my stories for the next 24 hours) Join me for a very special handstand workshop on Sunday March 22nd. This will be the tenth workshop I’ve done in Brussels, but the very first one done as a collaboration. It will be held in the beautiful Berger Court, curated by @respace.be , in Ixelles and the handstand portion will be followed by an artisanal coffee workshop led by Julien Charpentier from @sun.brussels Whether you’re just starting out or already comfortable upside down, this workshop will help you develop strength, stability, and trust in your body. We’ll break down every element of these inversions: how to enter with control, distribute weight through the hands, refine alignment, use the wall intelligently, exit safely, and practice safely at every stage. Once we’ve wrapped the handstand portion, we will head into a mini coffee workshop led by the talented Julien. He will showcase a few brewing methods and you will have the chance to sample a few brews. There may also be some baked goods to accompany the drinks ;) See you on the mat! Ally

If the sun had a face, it would be Mayu’s. Her smile lights up the room every time she walks into SŪN. Mayu became part of SŪN like a best friend does. Naturally. Just like her cooking, she does not try to impress, she simply wants to make people feel something. In her own way, Mayu is like an onigiri. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and always full of surprises. Today, she is sharing her passion and love with her team, before stepping into the most beautiful role of all. Mayu is the warmth of SŪN. A light that keeps growing, here and soon beyond… Si le soleil avait un visage, il aurait celui de Mayu. Un sourire qui éclaire la pièce chaque fois qu’elle arrive chez SŪN. Mayu est arrivée dans l’histoire de SŪN comme arrivent une meilleure amie, une évidence. Comme sa cuisine, elle ne cherche pas à impressionner mais à toucher. Mayu est aussi, à sa manière, un onigiri. Croquante à l’extérieur, moelleuse à l’intérieur, et toujours pleine de surprise. Aujourd’hui, elle transmet à son équipe l’amour qu’elle a mis dans chaque création, avant de s’accorder le plus beau des rôles. Mayu, c’est la chaleur de Sūn.
