Antonio joined LDB as a carpenter in 2017, and from the very beginning, his talent shone brightly. Hard-working, honest, well-mannered, diligent, and proactive, he quickly rose through the ranks — first to Foreman, and then to Site Manager, successfully leading some of our most prestigious super-prime apartment projects.
Today, we celebrate a proud milestone as he graduates with the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB). We are immensely proud of everything Antonio has achieved with us.

This Grade II* listed, five-storey townhouse in Kensington was redesigned to create a six-bedroom residence spanning more than 8,000 square feet. Built in 1888, the Queen Anne–style house underwent a meticulous restoration of period features, including decorative ceilings and fireplaces. LDB worked closely with a heritage consultant to ensure all changes respected the building’s landmark status. Fireplace openings retained their original width, while damaged tiles were replaced with carefully sourced alternatives true to the property’s history.
