Although Kappa Week of Service has come to a close, our commitment to community action continues beyond just one week.
Take a look at the initiatives our sisters took part in this year, centered on uplifting immigrant communities.
We look forward to building on these efforts with Long Beach Rapid Response in the future. You can still support by purchasing stickers through the link in our bio until 4/26!
🫂 Happy Kappa Week of Service! Staying informed on how to support your community is a form of empowerment.
As we continue our week of service across all 5 of our chapters, we want to highlight ways you can support impacted immigrants in our community. Explore donation resources, volunteer opportunities, immigrant-owned small businesses in Long Beach, and additional support resources.
Follow along as we wrap up KWOS 2026!
❗️Knowing your rights is a form of protection and empowerment.
During times of uncertainty, staying informed can make all the difference for you, your family, and your community.
Join Kappa Psi Epsilon as we share important “Know Your Rights” information and resources to help support and uplift those impacted by immigration policies and enforcement. Stay informed, stay prepared, and take care of one another!
Keep an eye out for more posts throughout Kappa Week of Service!

📣‼️Next week is our Kappa Week of Service (KWOS) where all chapters of Kappa Psi Epsilon are focusing on the impact of ICE. The sisters of Alpha Chapter have come together to support and uplift communities directly impacted.
We’re partnering with Long Beach Rapid Response, participating in their baked goods bond sale where all proceeds go directly to families impacted by ICE. We also created community-inspired stickers that are now available for pre-order, with all proceeds going toward their mutual aid efforts.
Swipe to learn more about the work of Long Beach Rapid Response, how you can support this cause, and available resources.🧡
❗️One of Kappa Psi Epsilon’s cornerstones is Community Action, uplifting our communities through action and care. Kappa Week of Service is held every year where Kappas from all 5 chapters come together for a cause that focuses on present day events and issues impacting our communities. Join us in our Kappa Week of Service to learn more about the effects of ICE on immigrants and keep an eye out for future KWOS posts next week from April 20th to April 24th!

From our university days at CSULB to national and world stages, Kappas have never stopped carrying the legacy of Cultural Awareness forward. Culture has always been more than a cornerstone for us. For 30 years, Kappas have examined and amplified the values, beliefs, and traditions of Filipina and broader Asian American communities because understanding herstory is how we find our place in the future.
That commitment brought us here and now it is calling every Kappa home. Celebrate with us in Long Beach on March 28 & 29. Thirty years strong and we are just getting started. Let’s celebrate what we have built together.
