[Part 3/3] Material and Fabrication upgrades With the upgrade features covered, let’s move into what builds the Breakaway RX, the fabrications: 1. Premium fabrics including X-Pac® X21 (Black and Slate) and X50 (Multicam), this means a more durable build while being approximately 17% lighter. 2. Aircraft-grade aluminium hooks replace the plastic ones on the compression straps. The straps are now detachable, allowing them to be reattached to different mounting points. 3. Six additional mounting points for external carry: two at the bottom back, two on the lower sides, and two near the top of the back panel. Pair them with the compression and hook strap (sold separately) for highly versatile external carry options. 4. The four internal pockets are upgraded to elastic mesh, maintaining visibility while improving capacity and providing a more secure fit to keep items stable on the move. 5. Top front strap replaced with laser-cut Hypalon, adding three loops for accessory attachment. 6. Hot-stamped detailing throughout for a more premium look and feel. A Fidlock® mounting point compatible with our upcoming “Snap Division” EDC accessories. 2. Expandable side pockets, to accommodate bottles / tubes with larger diameter 3. Storm flaps added on top of the coated zippers to further enhance water repellency 4. Taller zipper for the main compartment opening, making access more convenient. 5. An additional inner pocket on the inside of the flap, accessible from both the left and right sides even when the flap is closed.
