Also on this date: In 1927, Charles Lindbergh completed the first solo nonstop transatlantic flight in the Spirit of St. Louis, and ALSO, only five years later in 1932, on the same date, Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly solo nonstop across the Atlantic Ocean. My arms are tired just thinking about it.

Also on this date: the Lewis & Clark Expedition launched their journey from St Louis back in 1804. But more importantly, it's both National Buttermilk Biscuit Day AND Dance Like a Chicken Day.
So, yes, of course, we are going to have Chicken 'n Biscuits on the menu. And I'm definitely going to try to convince at least one of the performers to drop the Chicken Dance into their set.
