Remember, remember, the 5th of November: Laya and oysters and port! 🍷 It was such a pleasure to provide the tablescape for this Guy Fawkes dinner party in Norfolk. 🦪 Fancy dressed guests tucked into a Laya'd table of seafood, heartwarming stews, and ceremonious toasts of vodka between each course 🥃 Coiled up notes of what needs to be shed were put into The Log Of Farewells 🪵 while hopes, dreams and wishes for the future were stuck to Zeus the firework 🎆 ready to be burnt down to ashes or propelled into the night's sky. It was a truly effervescent evening, hosted to the most-ed with every detail thought of 🔥🎇💥🧨🔥🎇💥🧨

Laya The Houseboat 🔥 an autumnal dinner party Layascape with homegrown gourds from the boat roof garden, as well as a handpicked bouquet and treasured ornaments, under the Samhain full moon, gently swaying with the Thames. The VIP dinner guest🐈⬛ was certainly impressed with the vibe curation. Cosy level 💯

We've been a bit quiet on here lately because we've been working super hard IRL, so we thought we should update you on what's new in the Layaverse 🌎 We're very excited to announce we are doing our very first Laya The Wedding in a couple of weeks! 💖 This means we're finally ready to declare that Laya Rental is happening! We've had so many rental requests since we launched, like this gorgeous photo from the @wildfires_feast retreat that we Laya'd this summer (via @bellorama_retreats@flamesandfeasts ), that we thought we should make it official 💍 Runners (new!), napkins, tablecloths, candlesticks, graphic design...the works!
