Season dump…what a whirlwind, weird and crazy 2026 season this has been. I feel like I accomplished so much in a brand new role as Executive Director of the Telluride AIDS Benefit, put on an incredible show, brought some of my insanely talented friends from NYC @julius_anthony @gabrielreyes_king and @pixieaventura to Direct, Choreograph and perform and had all of Telluride fall in love with them. The snow sucked and wasn’t our best for skiing but it was an intense and amazing one nonetheless! 1 year ago I picked up my life after 19 years in NYC and moved to this magical slice of heaven with the absolute best people in the world. This place, this community, this nature, helped my healing journey in ways I could never have imagined. It’s scary to make huge changes in life, but sometimes they work out better than you could have thought possible. While there are still things that need healing, this place and these people sure have lifted me up and given me the strength I needed to keep moving forward. TAB 2025! It’s hard to put into words what this event and town mean to me.
